“An amazing place to live. I moved into the neighborhood in January of 2018 and the only reason I’ve left this establishment is for out of state relocation due to a job change. The property manager is simply the best. He knows how to talk to people, he actually listens and strives to take the very best care of his residents. During the transition from one state to the next, I had the hardest time getting everything situated but the property manager made leaving Pine Ridge as stress free as possible. “I’ve lived here for 2 years. Forced to the area by my employer. Found this little community, nestled in the woods, away from the hectic Robinson area, but less than 10 mins away. Turkey and deer visit. The management is friendly and easy to work with. The residents are friendly (but not too much) the community is very mellow and quiet. Pine Ridge was a perfect fit for my needs. Truly the only thing I would change is the water pressure, you could sandblast the paint off a car!!! But that’s nothing to complain about. The entire community is kept in the condition that makes you proud to call it home. The grounds are always manicured throughout the entire year. The maintenance staff is quick to react regardless of how big or small the problem is. The on-site manager, Cody Bateman, is in my opinion the reason that most of us here at Pineridge call it home. He goes above and beyond to make our experience here to be what it is. When the residents here get together, our conversations always seem to begin and end with Bill helping us or encouraging us in some way.
