“I have been a resident here at Pineridge going on my 4th year and felt compelled to let you know what a beautiful community they have here . The entire community is kept in the condition that makes you proud to call it home. The grounds are always manicured throughout the entire year. The maintenance staff is quick to react regardless of how big or small the problem is. The on-site manager, Cody Bateman, is in my opinion the reason that most of us here at Pineridge call it home. He goes above and beyond to make our experience here to be what it is. When the residents here get together, our conversations always seem to begin and end with Bill helping us or encouraging us in some way. Thank you Pineridge for putting the management team that you’ve assembled here to make this place what it is!”
